For any number of reasons, some online orders placed on hotcdkey.com do not receive Automated Approvals from our Order Processing Department. Our Order processing department follows a standard operating procedure to identify orders for manual verification. Order Verification is performed to reduce any online/international fraud and provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for our all customers.

When ordering on hotcdkey.com, please ensure that the following information is correct:

 

•*      E-mail address

•*      Billing address

•*      Telephone number


As per the  Terms and Conditions  of hotcdkey.com, we obtain manual credit card verifications under the following circumstances:

•*   When the total order value exceeds $200,

•*   When an order is being shipped to an email address other than your billing email address, and/or

•*   When an International Credit Card is used.

•*   When your Credit Card does not support Address Verification System (AVS) or Card Verification Value System (CVV / CVV2).

•*    Name on the billing does not match the name on the credit card.

 

When sending in additional information requested the following Identification is accepted:

•*      Passport

•*      Identification Card

•*      Driver's license

 

For all of our International customers, and certain Domestic customers, we require images of their Credit Card and Credit Card Billing information to our Order Processing Department before their Flagged Order can be processed. You can download, complete and fax us or Scan this CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION FORM, along with a copy of the FRONT and BACK of your credit card to help us process you order. 

When sending,

 

•*      Please enclose a fax or scan of the front and back of the credit card.

•*      Please blank out CVV.

•*      Show only the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits. The rest of the numbers blank it out.

•*      Expiry date must be shown.

 

We will notify you via Email when your flagged order has been verified. All Future Orders with that Credit Card will process as normal and you will NOT need to re-verify that Card each time you place an Order. 

If we do not hear from you within 3-business days, we normally cancel the order and refund the payment made. So that to allow you to place another order with the required information.

Rest assured, we value your privacy. All the above information is removed and adequately destroyed from our records within 1-week from the day of verification.
